Please use this form to submit your Employee Hours and other Payroll Amounts for processing starting next payroll period.

We need your complete payroll information at least 24 hours prior to your payroll payment date.
All hours should be reported in the following format HH:mm for example 35 hours and 42 minutes is reported as 35:42

For salaried employees, please make sure to include the number of regular hours worked during the pay period.

How do I upload multiple documents?
You can upload multiple files simultaneously by dragging and dropping them into the secure upload zone. We prefere PDF format but JPEGs, and most standard document formats are also supported.
how do i order copies of documents for several years?
Choose your type of document and add to the quantity ordered to correspond to the number of years required. For example, if you require copies of your and your spouse tax returns for the last two years, then you choose four as your quantity.
